After almost two years of great evenings and dope soul\/r&b music, Hapa Life w\/DJ Low Key is a wrap.\u00c2\u00a0 In case you missed it on my twitter<\/a>\/facebook<\/a> a few day back, there’s been a change in management at Hapa Sushi in Cherry Creek and the new manager isn’t interested in a DJ being there any more.\u00c2\u00a0 It’s as simple as that.\u00c2\u00a0 I can’t say that I’m excited, especially since the only reason there’s a new manager is because the previous one got a new job and not because of a problem with what was going on.\u00c2\u00a0 It is what it is though, that’s life.<\/p>\n

That being said, I’m not here to complain or throw a fit; you can expect me to pop up with a new party along the same lines (food & R&B\/soul music) sometime soon.\u00c2\u00a0 I’ve seen lot of fantastic nights (things like this<\/a>, this<\/a>, this<\/a> & this<\/a>) with the night’s concept and I’m not gonna let a change in management and their ideas about things deprive us of what we were enjoying every Sunday night…LOL.<\/p>\n
